Invest Nordic Förvalting AB (INFAB) is a subsidiary 100 % owned by Invest Nordic Ltd. INFAB is the holding company for Invest Nordic Ltd's Swedish investments after 2010.

Nordic Track Safety Systems

Nordic Track Safety Systems (NTSS) develop support systems for race tracks such as digital flagg lights, on-board flagg lights, pit tracking systems to reduce the numbers of people necessary to run a track day, endurance race etc.

Everything is based on basic needs to be able to manage the day-to-day business on a racetrack in the most efficient way.

Tjärnsjö Mark & Fastighet AB

TM&F owns and develops an industrial area of approx. 33 hectares between Sundsvall and Härnösand, only 150 meters from the main road, E4. The area is extremely attractive given that industrial land in Härnösand is in short supply and the large investment in a battery component factory in Torsboda Industrial Park, approx. 18 km from our area.

Invest Nordic is an active owner through Invest Nordic Ltd's Swedish subsidiary Invest Nordic Förvaltning AB (Chairman of the Board) and holding 50 % of the shares.

Racingevent i Västernorrland AB

RiV rents out 5 Mazda 3 Sport Hatchback for trackday, try-out or Mittcup endurance racing. You can either rent the car yourself or you can "buy in" as a driver in one or more Mittcup races. The cars are modified for Mittcup endurance racing

They also arrange company events such as 2 hour company racing and safety training and the youth initiative Be Safe and two racing teams together with MSR.

Invest Nordic is an active owner through Invest Nordic Ltd's Swedish subsidiary Invest Nordic Förvaltning AB (Chairman of the board) holding 50 % of the shares.

Norrlands Motorpark AB

Norrlands Motorpark AB owns since June 2017 the racetrack Mittsverigebanan in the north of Sweden.

After several year with problems, both financial and operational the racetrack end up bankrupt in May 2017. A consortium of 6 owners started Norrlands Motorpark AB and bought the estate from the bankrupted company. Since then the race track and facilities has been updated with new control tower, grandstand, asphalt in pit, new design of chicane etc.

Invest Nordic Ltd. is co-founder and active majority owner (Chairman of the board) holding 50,2 % of the shares.

Motus Weighing AB

Motus Weighing AB (Motus) is a Swedish company who developed a world unique system for dynamic vehicle weighing.

MOTUS High Speed is a technology enabling dynamic weighing with high accuracy of moving vehicles over a weigh bridge. MOTUS High Speed consist of both soft- and hardware to convert any weigh bridges from static to dynamic.

The technology is based on detecting the vehicle's axles automatically when they go on the weigh bridge and mathematical algorithms cleanse the weighing results from disruptions and errors.

Invest Nordic Ltd. is an active owner (board member) holding 13 % of the shares.

Crunshing numbers is not really an investment but subdivision of Invest Nordic Förvaltning AB (INFAB) delivering accounting services to SME business mainly in Sweden.

As our resources and knowledge within the area already is a part of our business we thought, "hey, why not help others as well, outside the Invest Nordic sphere"

Second Base Sports Bar & Restaurant at Sukhumvit soi 22 is a sports bar aiming to provide high quality, value-for-money, casual dining in Bangkok city centre area with a twist.

Second Base's is one of very few sports bar in the area where you can enjoy sport events from all over the world, eating good food and have a few beers from our menu with over 30 different crafts.

SMW Mini Vending co., Ltd

Thai based SMW Mini Vending Co., Ltd (SMW) is a subsidiaries to SMW Vending Co., Ltd and specialized in small beverage machines (coffee, tea etc.) for small and medium sized companies and public areas.

Example of venues where SMW deliver mini vending machines is banks, government offices, privat companys, smaller factories etc. SMW's customers are mainly in the Bangkok and Chonburi area.

Peckas Naturodlingar AB (Agtira)

Peckas Naturodlingar AB Publ. (Peckas) is a company who grow vegetables and breeding fish in an aquaponic without any emissions. The method is proven and has been developed by Pecka Nygard in Harnosand, Sweden for over 20 years.

Peckas built its first commercial greenhouse 2018 totaling 4000 sqm, where they will produce 200 tons tomatoes and 20 tons fish per year. Everything they produce is sold to the region's wholesalers and then onwards to local grocery's. The first year production is already reserved.

Pecka is the first, large scale commercialized aquaponic in Sweden and aims to have several local greenhouses in operation before 2021.
