Invest Nordic Ltd.

We are a company with Swedish owner but located in Asia and our business concept is to become co-owner and / or co-financier of small, owner-managed businesses under development. 

It may for example be an idea to be realized in a start-up business or an existing business to undergo changes that may get our attention.

What do we like?

Invest Nordic Ltd. have an open mind for most sectors and it is rather the business plan, owner and the over all potential that determines whether we will invest or not.

Ideas which not only make the company more profitable but also more sustainible and efficient in a enviramental and energy saving point of view is especially welcome.

Active co-owner

If we find an idea or an activity interesting and with potential, or that we can identify possible improvments of efficiency, both financial and operational, we can enter as a partner and co-owner with an active involvement in the business. This partly done through the management board, but primary as an active advisor.

The investment horizon in these cases are normally long-term with the goal that the companies profit growth permit dividend levels that motivate the investments.

Passive co-owner or financier

As a passive co-owner we will be a shareholder in interesting and upcoming companies, normally in connection with new issue of shares and without any active participation in the companies. 

As a financier, we are simply a lender on terms and conditions we agree upon.

The investment horizon in these cases is usually 2-5 years.
